The MSI RX 6400 Aero ITX Release Date and Features

The card is based on AMD's RDNA 2 architecture. The RX 6400 Aero ITX comes with all the benefits of RDNA 2. These include high bandwidth and low latencies using AMD's Infinity Cache memory. The probable best part of this basic video adapter GPU is that it comes with GDDR6 memory. Although the memory is limited by a 64-bit bus, neither MSI nor AMD is targeting this card toward hardcore gamers.

MSI has factory overclocked their Aero ITX card, and it boosts up to 2321 MHz. MSI also packs a Game clock that pushes the card to 2039 MHz. Apart from this, the card also comes with support for Windows 11, DirectX 12 Ultimate, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR), AMD Radeon Super Resolution (RSR), and AMD Smart Access Memory technology. The card also supports high refresh rate panels, making it a go-to for users looking for a basic display adapter for their system.

The Aero ITX variant of the RX 6400, as the name suggests, has been built for ITX systems. The card has a smaller heatsink and is based on a single fan design. It comes in at just 172mm x 112mm, making the compact card the best choice for crammed ITX builds.

Along with this, MSI also adds support for controlling the card through the MSI Center software. Users can also use the MSI Afterburner software to alter the settings of their graphics card for optimal performance.

The MSI RX 6400 Aero ITX will be available for sale from April 20, 2022, onwards.
